We had a fabulous day! Mrs. Turhune kindly invited us to her class for some "Turkey Oreos." We made turkeys from oreos, candy corn, red hots, whoppers, and chocolate icing. It was quite a sugar rush. Sorry about not having pictures. I forgot the camera!!! But you can repeat this delicious project at home by checking out the picture on the blog. Here is the homework for tomorrow.
Math: Complete worksheet 37B
Phonics: First Grade has 65A and Kindergarten has 65A/B. There is a story that goes with the words. We shall read it when we get back. Familiarize your child with the words so that they will be ready on Monday.
History/Science: In your home folder and the email is a Blessings Tree. Each child should write one blessing on each leaf and stick/glue it to the tree.
